Cancelling an open battle
A battle you created can be cancelled while it is still open. The full amount returns immediately, to the same balances it was taken from — if an entry fee was paid partly from deposit and partly from winnings, each part goes back where it came from.
After an opponent joins
Once an opponent has committed their stake, a battle cannot be unilaterally cancelled. Both players must report a cancellation for the stakes to be refunded.
Opponent does not join the room
If your opponent never joins the room, report a cancellation with your reason. Video proof supports a faster resolution.
Disputed results
Where players report different outcomes, funds are held until support reviews the evidence. Neither player is paid until the review completes.
Deposits
A confirmed deposit is final and is not reversible. Deposit balance is spendable on battles but is not withdrawable.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid to the same account used to deposit and require completed KYC.
